HUI 50 - 产品描述

The HUI 50 automatic universal milling head has been designed for the WHN(Q) 13 CNC, WHN 130 (Q, MC) horizontal milling and boring machines also for floor type horizontal boring mills and machining centres as an item of the optional accessories. The head serves for machining of surfaces tilted in any common angle to the basic coordinate system of the machine. Fastening of the head on the floor type horizontal boring mills headstock and machining centres of TOStec series, its angular positioning and clamping of its principal swiveling sections is fully automatic. As a part of this optional equipment there is a pick-up station, which is necessary to order as the integral component, by which the head may automatically be picked up from, or put off to. The exception from other machines are the WHN (Q) 13 CNC and WHN 130 (Q, MC) machines at which the head is fitted on manually upon the machine headstock and assured with fixing screws and other manipulation utilities. As well as its angular positioning and clamping of its principal swiveling sections is fully automatic.
