Optional fixture support - 产品描述

The optional fixture support has been designed for the horizontal boring machines of the type WRD 130/150 (Q) and WRD 170 (Q). The support is placed in front of the machine ´s column generally on the edge of the X - coordinate and it improves significantly the putting off the optional accessories determined for the automatic control of the PICK UP change.

The cycle of the automatically exchangeable optional accessories happens by removing the protecting board of the extensible ram and the feed rates in Z - (ram stroke) and Y - axis. The optional accessories clamping upon the machine’s ram is done by means of 4 clamping units automatically controlled by the machine’s control system. The support is fitted with an automatically controlled cover (see fig. 1), which protects the optional accessories against chips and cooling fluid, is an option the support can be fitted with a cover which is opened by roll-up equipment (see fig. 2).
