Machine control
It controls the machine with extendible spindle and rotary table in 5 fully controlled axes (X,Y,Z,W,B) and the spindle with possibility of angle positioning. The position in coordinates is programmed with increment of 0,001 mm or of 0,001° in the B coordinate.
PRIMA machining centre is offered with the control system Heidenhain iTNC 530 or Sinumerik 840 D.

Electric cabinet and Energobox
Electric outfit is mainly installed in electric 3 compartment cabinet. It includes the control central unit, feed and spindle drives, all electric power supply units, relays and circuit breakers. Electric outfit is assembled from units produced by renowned companies (e.g. Telemècanique, Merlin-Gerin, Siemens). Electric box is cooled with unit which is builted into the door of this box.
Additional equipment is located around the electric cabinet and together with distributors of energies it forms a compact complex so called “energobox”, which is vitally joined with the machine and the its covers. “Energobox” includes: electric cabinet, air-conditioning, hydraulic unit, spindle gearbox oil chiller and compressed air treatment unit.

TOSmessage provides communication between the machine control system and the mobile phone of customer. The customer is informed about in advance defined status of the machine, e.g. completion of automatic cycle, possibly about program interruption.

TOSwide is a remote diagnostics enabling the service technician of producer to gain the necessary data about the machine status to detail the possible diagnosis of nonstandard status of machine control system.
