The change, which is effective as of January 1, 2012, involved the appointment as Commercial Director (Miloš Holakovský).

As of October 25, 2011, the exclusive sales agent for TOS VARNSDORF machines in Finland is Machinery Oy, Vantaa. In addition to being responsible for the sale of a full line of VARNSDORF TOS products, the company also provides machine operator training, handle the sale of spare parts and provide consulting and other services.

The change, which is effective as of January 1, 2011, involved the elimination of the previous position of Business and Technical Director and the creation of two new positions - Business Director (Slavomír Bednář) and Technical Director (Ján Pagáč).

As of January 1, 2011, the exclusive sales agent for TOS VARNSDORF machines in Austria is TMH Werkzeugmaschinen (TOSMASCHINEN HandelsgesmbH Werkzeugmaschinen) Vienna. In addition to being responsible for the sale of a full line of VARNSDORF TOS products, the company also provides machine operator training, handle the sale of spare parts and provide consulting and other services.

On Thursday, September 30th, 2010, the customer’s TOSday 2010 took place on the premises of the company.
