Measuring services

We offer measuring services using the following coordinate-measuring machines:

Coordinate-measuring machine: MMZ – G 30/60/20 MT HSS

Range of measurements: X=3000 mm, Y=6000 mm, Z=2000 mm

The VDI/VDE 2617 Standard is used to verify the accuracy of measuring machine performance over the whole measurement range:

U1 = (4 + L/250)
U2 = (4.5 + L/200) µm < 15 µm

The accuracy of measuring machine performance within the defined measurement range is as follows:
X = 2000 mm, Y = 2000 mm, Z = 1000 mm
U1 = (3.0 + L/350) µm < 6 µm
U2 = (3.5 + L/300) µm < 7.2 µm

Maximum workpiece weight = 20 tons

Machine: µmC 1000 CARAT HSS

Measuring range: X=1000 mm, Y=3000 mm, Z=900 mm

The accuracy of measurement machine performance, according to the VDI/VDE 2617 Standard, is as follows:

U1= (1.5 + L/400) µm
U2= (2.1 + L/350) µm

Maximum workpiece weight = 2,500 kg
